A display unit is structurally different from a product box: it carries the weight of its own stock and has to stay square as that stock is removed. We use heavier board and reinforced bases so the last few units sit as well as the first, rather than the unit sagging halfway through the week.
Counter display units and PDQ trays put impulse lines at eye level at the point of payment. Pop-up headers give you a second branded surface above the product, and shelf-ready designs let a retailer place the whole unit without unpacking it.
