We build these boxes around the bottle you actually use, including the shoulder profile and closure height, rather than dropping it into the nearest stock carton. The result is a pack with no rattle, no wasted volume and lower shipping costs.
Die-cut card inserts hold single bottles upright, while multi-bay dividers keep sets separated so glass never touches glass. For heavier or premium bottles we specify rigid board or corrugated flute to absorb impact in transit.
The range covers 5ml samples and tinctures through 10ml, 15ml, 30ml and 60ml droppers, up to 120ml and 200ml retail bottles, plus perfume, serum and oil formats. Every size is available with window cutouts, foil and soft-touch finishes.
